I had a lot of fun doing this wedding. The couple is so sweet and everything looked lovely.
First, I had the opportunity to do some getting ready photos. I love getting ready photos but I don't always get the chance to do them. I happily accepted when the groom asked me to take photos while he got his classic shave at Ray's Barber Shop in downtown SLC. The location is amazing and I think I got a few pretty cool photos.
Did I mention that this place was pretty cool?
Don't you love Ashton's cuff links?!
After the groom's shave, I headed over to the hotel and got some detail shots and photos of the bride getting ready.
Earlier in the day, Alecia and her mom and sister picked up some chinese food. This was one of their fortunes. It says; "The fun side of a relationship begins to unfold." Isn't that just perfect?!
Doesn't she look lovely?
When everyone was ready we headed over to the venue for the ceremony.
A brief and quiet moment before walking down the isle.
Then we stepped outside for some portraits.
My favorite part of any wedding is when the bride and groom to step away from the hustle and bustle for some portraits. Whether I have 10 minutes or 90 -it's always my favorite.
After the portraits, we headed inside for the reception.
That would be Han Solo and Princess Leia on top of their cake. I loved all the little details they put into this wedding.
They danced to "You're the One" by The Black Keys. Let me just say; I love The Black Keys. I was pretty delighted by their choice.
This was such a fun wedding. They are the sweetest couple. I'm honored that they wanted me to be a part of it.
